Karen uses a broad range of equipment and she switches up the workouts to keep things interesting. Before I knew it, I was able to perform exercises I would never have dreamed of attempting on my own.
She is able to accurately assess how I’m doing and walk that fine line of giving me a tough workout whilst keeping the training enjoyable and exciting; meaning I always look forward to my workouts with her.
Karen is energetic, fun, empathetic and highly motivational. My overall strength and fitness have improved so much in a short space of time. I honestly can’t recommend her enough!
From the initial consultation, I felt like Karen really tried to understand my goals and motivations. This has translated through to our work outs which Karen has tailored to be challenging and fun, mixing a range of exercises so every workout is different and not repetitive.
You can tell Karen has a real passion for being a PT. She clearly spends a lot of time thinking of her clients’ needs and training programmes.
Karen finishes every lesson with a wonderful stretch and breathing session. I walk out with a spring in my step and a smile on my face!
Following a very well received first introduction to mindfulness at my company and at the request of my colleagues, I asked Karen if she could come on a regular basis and we were all delighted that she agreed!
