I’m Kaz, the Happy Me PT and I’m on a mission to help people take control of their overall happiness through physical exercise and mindfulness.
I know personally, that I am the best version of myself when I am investing in my physical and emotional health. I’m a firm believer that body & mind are intrinsically connected and when we invest in one it directly benefits the other. In today’s world, it’s never felt more important to invest in our overall wellbeing.
Exercise has always played an important part in my life but it’s more recently that I have started to specialise in the relationship between physical movement and mental health.
It’s a well-known fact that exercise gives us a mood-boost, but it goes way beyond just a momentary natural high. Studies have shown that active individuals are less likely to develop anxiety, depression and other long-term conditions which is why I am so passionate about working with my clients to design a wellbeing toolkit for life.
Adopting a healthier, more balanced way of living doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming;, the smallest positive changes, when applied consistently, really can have the biggest impact on our overall health and wellbeing. The first step in making any change is often the hardest, so the fact that you’re here reading this is an achievement in itself!
